Hailing from Mexico City, Gerardo Saenz's life is woven into a rich tapestry of cultural diversity, with his mother from a Dutch/Mexican family and his Mexican-born businessman father deeply rooted in the bustling metropolis. An aspiring actor and creative visionary, Gerardo's journey began in middle school in Kingwood, Texas, leading to his stage debut at twenty in "Mr. Burns" at Suffolk University. Undeterred by rejections, his unwavering determination propelled him forward, driving him to seek professional development at institutions like The Studio Orlando and Baron Brown Studios. Gerardo's film career took flight at twenty-three, with notable roles in "It's Christmas Time," "This Place," and a lead role in "Overheard on 23rd." Beyond acting, he serves as the Marketing/Artistic Director and CEO of the New England International Film Awards, a venture he co-establishes with filmmaker Oldren Romero. Simultaneously, Gerardo is crafting his cinematic masterpiece, "Shattered Reflections," demonstrating his commitment to storytelling and filmmaking in every facet of his career.
