Additional Information

I've come to understand the saying the world is a stage. The journey of making this film has opened my eyes even more. Life is a film, the good, the bad, the lie, the truth, perspective, survival, fight. This was my journey in trying to make this film. Spoke to a couple of producers. One producer told me not to go forth with doing this film, the other said to me you're very ambitious; you should change the story. I didn't break, I believe if you have a great story, with a great cast and crew, and you truly love cinema, the only end result is GREATNESS.

Thank You

It’s always great to end with a thank you. So thank you!

Good to meet you! My name is Urijah Sailes I am a Film Maker. I moved to Lo Angele for acting, acting is always my first love. But the film making bug bit me one day while I was sittin in acting class. Watching actors perform not only helped me to be a better actor but opened my eyes on how to motivate actors to make different choices.

I was seven years old when I wanted to become an actor, watching Mission Impossible, seeing the action, seeing the explosions in scenes impelled me.

I moved to Los Angeles, in 2016. Like most people to pursue a career in the arts. I am in motion of creating my first feature film. 15 percent of this film has been filmed. All I Need for this film to be finish is your financial support! I am in complete gratitude for this opportunity. Thank you for your contribution in any way.

Meet Houry Magarian

We’re excited to introduce you Houry Magarian.
I grew up in Los Angeles and growing up in LA people expect you to be involved with the arts in one way or another, so I guess I fit pretty well into that stereotype. But how I got into the filmmaking business was pretty simple. I always have said that filmmaking came to me. In middle school we were given choices to either be in dance, drama, musical theater, or film. And to be honest film was my last choice. I loved movies and watching them but never had the desire to make one. So I auditioned to be in drama and to be an actor. Looking back on that memory I have no idea what I was thinking, but it was all fun. I’ve always had respect for actors and seeing first hand what they do on set, still blows me away. But, I didn’t get accepted into drama. And I was not a singer or dancer, so musical theater and dance was out. However, the school required us to pick a course, so film was the last resort, so to speak. I remember seeing my name on the small list of students that got accepted, by default, into the film class. As soon as I started to study the movie making process I was hooked. Since then, I’ve been luck to have made a few short films that have won various awards at film festivals.
I have worked in many departments such as sound, boom operator, first AD, second AD, PA, writer and director, and sometimes producer. But the end goal is to be able to direct and tell stories through my vision and perspective.
And on occasion I bring my cameras along on sets. I absolutely love taking photos wether its behind the scenes, headshots, or on the street. I’ve always felt like my creativity is like a sponge. I can find inspiration in everything and anywhere.
When I start to write a script, I can think of an image first then try and build the story around that. Or sometimes I find inspiration from a song that I really like, or a poem that made me think of life in a certain way.
My mind never stops thinking about creating and trying to put it out into the world, either through stories or photos.
